HISTORY:
Chase Scientific was originally founded as a consulting firm in 1987 and entered the computer based instrument market in 1989 by introducing the world's first complete PC-based Oscilloscope family of add-on cards designed for the IBM compatible PC. Bandwidths ranged from 10MHz to 100MHz. This product family was phased out by 1996 in favor of custom OEM designs which focused solely on the Embedded Instrument Market including High Speed Data Acquisition and Signal Generation.
TODAY:
Chase Scientific offers commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) digitizer/generator solutions for a variety of applications from 5 MSPS to 4.0 GSPS in PCI, PCIe, PC/104, and PC/104-Plus. See Product Matrix section for details.
Today, over 90% of our business is custom. Chase Scientific offers custom expertise covering a wide range of technologies including high speed Analog/Digital design and Software design.
FUTURE:
Chase will continue to grow its lines of data acquisition and signal generation products. The primary focus in these areas is to offer faster speeds, lower power, and lower costs.
